The nature of things
A profound image taken by the mighty Dave R and pinched by me from the CBQ website; I recall being told in the early days of digital music that CDs were pretty much indestructible (apart from fire damage and lightning strikes), well maybe they are not after all. Here we see the sad end to the music that famously never dies or maybe never even lived in the first place. How will it fare in those time capsules and space probes?
